ADC-003 in passive state, documented by a Java 960 member

Description
ADC-003 is a Turkish Assagofah kufi with contrasting colors. The body is brown with a fiber texture resembling burlap or hemp. The top and bottom rim are solid black. It has a head circumference of 57 cm and weighs 150 grams

ADC-003 has the ability to allow its wearer to levitate and control the direction of flight. If ADC-003 is not being worn by anyone, it remains stationary. However, after 5 minutes, ADC-003 will begin to fly aimlessly until it is worn by someone again.

Experiment Log
Experiment 1
ADC-003 was placed on a non-anomalous animal subject: a cat.

Test:
When ADC-003 was placed on the cat by putting the cat inside it, nothing happened initially. After 5 minutes, ADC-003 began flying aimlessly, startling the cat and causing it to jump off.

Experiment 2
ADC-003 was left in a steel room measuring 2.5 meters long and 1.6 meters wide for one week to determine if it could stop levitating on its own.

Test:
Day 1-2: ADC-003 continued levitating as usual.
Day 3-5: ADC-003 levitated higher, nearly reaching the ceiling.
Day 6-7: ADC-003 reached the ceiling and remained there.

After one week, ADC-003 was retrieved and placed back in its original position.

History
ADC-003 was first discovered in a village named ██████████.
It began with villagers reporting sightings of a flying kufi and a child who also appeared to fly. ADC Team was dispatched to the location discreetly to avoid detection by the Foundation and LEMRUSAN. The mission was assigned to TIM Java 960. The kufi was found to belong to a child named A██████. TIM Java 960 covertly retrieved the kufi from the child. The child and villagers who witnessed the event were administered amnestics.
