ADC-011 When first discovered

Description
ADC-011 resembles a pair of scissors.
The handle is made of silver-colored metal (stainless steel) with a fairly sharp tip. The handle grip is black and made of plastic.

ADC-011 has an anomalous ability that becomes dangerous if misused: it can split matter (solid, liquid, gas). The anomalous effect activates when the blades start moving to cut something. When used, ADC-011 can split objects with high durability with high precision and efficiency.

If used to cut liquid, ADC-011 creates a gap in the liquid as if it were split. If used to cut air, it creates a vacuum in between.

History
ADC-011 was located by Team Java 960 after receiving intel that LEMRUSAN was going to secure an anomaly. Java 960 moved faster than LEMRUSAN and found the location by hijacking LEMRUSAN’s system. ADC-011 was located at a roadside stall in ██████, owned by U██████. Java 960 successfully secured ADC-011.
